Theres something wrong my impatiens flowers!!!!?

my hanging basket of sun impatiens are wilted, but in the middle the stems and branches are still upright and normal, but the soil is still really moist so its not wilted because it needs water, but i don't over water it i never over water plants so i have it sitting in the direct sunlight in my backyard. please help me! i don't know what else to do!!!
