Can a disabled person enlist in the Army ?

I was struck by a car on November 22, 2007 and had ended up in a coma for 2 months. I had two broken legs (compound fracture in the left femur, broken right fibula, tibia) a hair line fracture across the left side of my hip, two collapsed lungs, which lead to a tracheotomy, and finally, a brain injury. Ever since then all I've been doing is getting my life back together. I'm not missing any limbs or anything as serious, but i do have a rod in my left leg from the compound fracture i spoke about earlier and two screws that keep my hip together. I am now 22 years old, but soon to be 23 in October 3. I just finished my college courses and I should soon obtain an associates degree in applied sciences (Automotive Technology). It's been hard for me to get a job, not because of my disability, but because of this economy. This is the next best thing for me and my Family. Would it be a possibility for me to join the armed forces ?
