I don't know what to do...?

I play the violin... And... at Columbia College they are having blues. 2 people don't want me to go but 1 person does want me to go. I don't even own a violin. Other Question: Should I buy a violin, I enjoy playing it.... well, I'm in a rut, this blues thing... it affected my mind and I'm not too sure about this anymore. By the Way the thing at Columbia College doesn't cost any money it just costs time. And I have no one to pick me up from there when it ends at the end of the blues day(2:45p.m.). Overall, should I go to the camp and should I buy a violin? Don't tell me do what you want to or what you fell like. Please just give _your_(emphasis on the your emphasis=extra special word in the sentence.) opinion.
