MILSIM airsoft teams around Youngstown Ohio?

I am looking to join an airsoft team and I am wondering if any teams around or in Youngstown Ohio are looking for new team members. I have experience in backyard wars but not any in the feild I'm 14 years old and have a Umarex MP5 and various springer pistols P30, Desert Eagle, small cheap ppk like pistol, and a Colt 1911. I use the P30 since its all metal, accurate, and light. I understang Desert Eagles are bulky and not really meant for MILSIM and my other 2 I dont really plan on using during wars except mabye the ppk like one for a back up back up pistol lol. I am also going to get a CYMA AK-47 I cant remember which one it is but its good for MILSIM I believe. I own digital woodland MARPAT camo and I am getting tac boots soon I am also going to get a chest rig in the near future. I can take several roles CQB, Recon, and Sniper Spotter so if any teams around Youngstown Ohio are looking for new members please contact me
