Why, on COD Black Ops, do i keep getting an error saying "no available sessions found"?

Ok, so i got Black Ops when it first came out and had no problems with it. I played it all the time until about a month ago i had a car wreck. i have been stuck at home because of a broken femur that is slow healing do to the incident. for about a month i didn't get to play the game because it just so happened my membership ran out at this time. well i finally got another membership and i tried playing a game last night and i got an error message stating that there were no available sessions found. Will somebody tell me why i am getting this message and what i can do to fix it? i am connected wirelessly to a westell 7500, is there any settings on there i can change?
