4 year old in two leg casts?

A 4 year old I know broke his femur yesterday. He is in a full leg cast on his right leg and a thigh length cast on his other leg. He will basically be immobile in these casts from at least 6 weeks. I as well as a bunch of other friends and family of him are wanting to get together some activites that he could do over the summer while he is in his cast. His parents really do not let me watch too much tv or play video games. We have got him a few movies allready, but are looking for other things for him to keep him occupied. Any suggestions? Thanks
