Is this possible!? smoking problems :-s?

i went in the backyard to smoke yesterday and they after smoking half of the first cygarette! my head started going all wierd! like i was a little dizzy and i couldnt walk properly for 15 mins and i had to lie down for a few seconds! i got better after that i just felt a little dizzy :( ,and i smoked another cygar! and today i have a rlly rlyyy bad head acke! is it becuase of the cygar?! i mean is it possible for me to be alergic or what ev.. to cygarettes?!
