Went to 20 wk scan and baby too small!?

I had the same thing, they booked me in for extra scans to keep her monitored. If she drops off the growth line or they aint happy with her growth they may book u in for a c section but they'l keep her in you for aslong as poss first. Try and make sure ur drinking plenty of fluid and eating a healthy balanced diet, I improved mine and my baby gained enough weight for me to go full term now :)
