Which is better for Human Resources career?

I'm currently a psychology major and minoring in business. However, I'm considering going to college for a 5th year to double major in psychology and business administration. Is it worth it or should I stick to what i got with psych major and business minor and maybe after a few years of experience go for an MBA with HR emphasis if necessary.
